Services and scope

VPNMC provides subscription management, international route connections, and access to client downloads, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available resources depend on the active subscription, remaining data, and information shown in your account. See the Plans page for plan details and prices. Clients and subscription details are available through the user panel.

The service provides network connectivity only. It does not include memberships, content licenses, or paid accounts for third-party platforms. When accessing international websites, you must still follow each platform's account, regional, and content-use rules. A route's exit region does not grant eligibility to access any third-party platform.

Account and subscription rules

No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription details secure. Do not disclose, rent, lend, or transfer your account to others, resell routes or subscriptions, or use the service to provide paid connections to others. If you discover exposed credentials or unusual activity, change your password promptly and report the issue through a ticket.

There is no device limit for simultaneous connections, for the account holder's own devices. This does not permit account sharing or distributing subscription details to multiple people. Use network resources responsibly; do not interfere with other users through automated abuse, bulk connections, or other means.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Data add-ons remain available until used and do not expire. You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first payment. Acceptable use

You must follow the laws and regulations applicable where you are located and to your use of the service. You are responsible for confirming that your use complies with the rules of your network, school, or workplace. You may not use the service for fraud, intellectual property infringement, distributing illegal content, data theft, malicious attacks, or other unlawful acts.

Do not disrupt service infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access, send spam, or help others engage in these activities. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and for content you upload, obtain, or distribute. VPNMC does not grant content-use licenses by providing connectivity.

Availability and limits of responsibility

Connection quality depends on your local network, carrier routing, device settings, international links, and the policies of destination platforms. Maintenance, route adjustments, or third-party failures may cause temporary interruptions. VPNMC does not promise that every route will connect at all times or that any particular platform will always be available.

If you encounter an issue, check your client settings, try another route, and submit a ticket with details of the problem. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that VPNMC is required by law to accept. Responsibility for issues caused by device failures, exposed credentials, rule violations, or changes to third-party services will be determined based on the actual cause and applicable law.

Account restrictions and termination

If you engage in unlawful use, reselling or sharing, malicious attacks, disruption of normal service operations, or another serious breach of these terms, VPNMC may restrict connections, suspend a subscription, or terminate an account, depending on the impact. In the event of an urgent security risk, VPNMC may first apply necessary restrictions and then investigate.

If you believe a restriction was applied in error, submit relevant details through a user-panel ticket. Do not include your password or complete subscription details. Fees related to service termination will be handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law. These terms do not replace any rights you have under the law.

Changes to these terms and related policies

VPNMC may update these terms to reflect service changes, compliance requirements, or security needs. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Changes affecting users' main rights or responsibilities will be announced on the website or in the user panel and will not retroactively diminish rights already acquired under applicable law.

Please read the applicable version before continuing to use the service. If you disagree with a change, you may stop using the service and contact us through a ticket about any outstanding matters. See the Privacy Policy for how account-related data is handled. Matters not covered by these terms are governed by applicable law.
